Entry to the festival: the car showcases, the pit lane and paddock, RC racing, Drift School and everything happening on track. You do not drive and you do not ride in any of the cars.

Rules & notes
  • Not included: the evening Drift & DJ Night, VIP facilities and driving experiences.
  • Required alongside every other pass except Night Drift & Fest, Day & Night and VIP — nothing else admits you to the venue on its own.
  • Gates open 9:00 AM; the festival runs until 6:00 PM.
  • Valid government photo ID required at entry.
  • Spectator entry: no track or in-car access.
  • No re-entry after exit. Passes are non-refundable.

General Access

Event terms

  1. The rules. I will follow the rules of Fuel Fest India 2026 (20th November 2026, Buddh International Circuit), the rules printed on my pass, and every instruction from marshals, officials and venue staff. I will keep up with any updates to these rules published before the event.
  2. Conduct. No outside alcohol, illegal substances or weapons. No rash or unsafe driving inside the venue, in the car parks or on the approach roads — it can lead to action by the organiser and by the Buddh International Circuit. I will ask the owner before touching any car on display.
  3. Damage. If I damage venue property, a vehicle or equipment, I will pay the cost of putting it right.
  4. Photos and filming. The event is photographed and filmed, and I may appear. I agree that Madcap Adventure Xperiences Private Limited and Fuel Fest India may use that footage to report on and promote the event. Photos and video I take at the venue are for my personal use; commercial use needs written permission from the organiser.
  5. Admission. Right of admission is reserved. Entry can be refused, or I can be asked to leave without a refund, for unsafe behaviour or for breaking these terms.
  6. Booking for others. If this booking covers other people, I accept these terms on their behalf, and I will show them these terms before the event.
